Refund/cancellation of orders will be accepted within 24 hours of your order being placed. If your order has been processed and shipped, no refund will be offered at that time.

This product is made with all natural ingredients. There are no preservatives added. Shelf life is 1 calendar year from the time of purchase as all products are made to order. Settlement of oil ingredients at the bottom of your bottle is normal and common with Jamaican Black Castor Oil. Shake when needed to mix and enjoy!

Please allow 2-4 business days for fufillment of orders and shipping. Our products are homemade and mixed by hand which sometimes takes a bit longer pending the amount of orders we receive.
